  • Are you affiliated with any professional organizations?

We are a member of InterNACHI®, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. They are the world’s largest trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors, and are also the inspection industry’s largest provider of education and training. We are also proud to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and a 100% recommendation rating through HomeAdvisor. 

  • What all is included in the report?

    A finalized home inspection report will include 30 to 40 pages of information. We include color photographs that illustrate any areas of concern, as well as plenty of information about what steps to take next or what can be done to improve the condition of your residence. It is our goal to make sure you can make the most informed decisions in regards to your home. You can expect to receive your detailed report within 24 hours of the home inspection. 

  • How long does the inspection take?

    This varies depending on the size of the home, and the amount of services requested (including radon testing, water testing, etc.) A standard home inspection may take around 2.5 to 3 hours. Whether your inspection takes 3 hours or 6 hours, we take as long as we need to  I take as long as it takes to do the best job for you. We inspect every home as if we were buying it ourselves!

  • Do I need to be home during the inspection?

    While it is not necessary for you to be present at the time of the inspection, it might be beneficial to you if you have specific questions that you would like to have addressed. While we will perform a thorough and comprehensive inspection and provide you with all the details, we will also be able to address any specific concerns you have. If this is the case, please prepare a list of questions or concerns ahead of time to bring to the inspection.

  • How much will your services cost?

    We price our services on an individual basis, since the total cost varies depending on the size of the home and the services requested. When you send us a message or give us a call, we will be able to give you more detailed information about how much you can expect your home inspection to cost.
